BOARD OF SUPERVISORS
Shingobee Township is governed by a five member Board of Supervisors. The Clerk/Treasurer, appointed by the Board, handles the administrative functions of the township. The Road Superintendent takes care of all township road maintenance and repair responsibilities. Contact information is on the “Contact Us” page.
MEETINGS
The Board meets the second Wednesday of each month to conduct regular town business. All meetings begin at 6:00 PM. Meetings are held at the Shingobee Town Hall located at 7941 Townhall Road, Walker, Minnesota. All are invited to attend to make comments, ask questions or to simply observe.

MEETING MINUTES
All minutes from past board meetings are permanent records of the township and can be reviewed at any time by making arrangements with the clerk/treasurer. Minutes for regularly scheduled meetings from last year and the current year will be posted on the website.
ANNUAL REPORTS
The Annual Report is prepared by the Clerk/Treasurer for the Annual Meeting held in March each year. The Annual Report gives a detailed picture of all monies received and disbursed in the preceding year for the operation of the township. The report is primarily financial in nature although there are other items contained in the report which pertain to township activities.
